Principal’s Message
Dear Voyager Families,
It is with great excitement and pride that I welcome you to the 2026–2027 school year at Voyager K-8. I hope you and your children have enjoyed a restful and meaningful summer, and we are thrilled to begin another year of learning, growth, and success together.
At Voyager, we remain committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every student is empowered to reach their full potential. As a Leader in Me school, we continue to focus on building strong character, leadership skills, and a culture of collaboration. Our goal is not only academic excellence, but also the development of confident, responsible, and compassionate young leaders.
We value the important role our families play in this journey. Your partnership is essential, and we encourage you to stay connected, get involved, and communicate openly with our staff throughout the year. Together, we can ensure every student thrives.
As we begin this new school year, we are excited about the opportunities ahead and the goals we will accomplish as a Voyager community. Let’s make 2026–2027 a year of growth, achievement, and excellence on our road to the #1 school in the state of Florida.

As a Choice District, we allow parents to select the school they want their children to attend, as long as that school has capacity and program availability.
Each one of our public schools has a full-time sworn law enforcement officer serving as a School Resource Officer on campus every day.
Our students have highly-qualified, certified teachers who provide engaging, relevant, and rigorous instruction.
We offer a rigorous curriculum and systems of support, complete with college preparatory and career and technical education paths to meet the needs of every student.
Students have the opportunity to take high school credit courses in middle school and to earn college/postsecondary credit at no cost to parents while still in high school.
We offer courses that allow students to explore career interests, master workplace competencies, gain employable skills, and earn industry certifications and licensing upon graduation.
